Planet Cable Fiber Plans - NoypiGeeks

Planet Cable, one of the slightly unsung cable television and internet service providers in the South area, has announced that they are now offering fiber to the home (FTTH) service in select areas. The connection speeds that they can provide is said to reach up to 100Mbps.

The fiber connection service from Planet Cable will be bundled together with their digital cable TV. The residential plans will have two categories: The Deluxe plan will come with 97 standard definition channels, while the Premium plan comes with 97 standard definition and 19 high definition channels. Both of these cable services have a standalone value of Php675 and Php975 each.

With the FTTH bundle, the Deluxe plan will start at Php1,450 – that includes the said cable TV service plus up to 3Mbps of fiber internet; the Premium plan will start at Php1,750. You can check out the full pricing below.

Planet Cable Fiber Internet and Cable Bundles

As you can see, Planet Cable is far more expensive than PLDT Fibr when it comes to price to speed ratio.

The best thing about Planet Cable’s offering is that all of their fiber plans comes with unlimited internet access, so there’s no data capping. However, the bad news is – these bundles are only offered in select parts of Bacoor City, Cavite.

Planet Cable currently only operates in the South part of Luzon like Cavite, Antipolo, Las Piñas City, Muntinlupa City, Batangas, and Ilo-Ilo.

  1. if it comes a choice between PLDT and Planet Cable…. then PLDT wins every time. In fact if its a choice between Planet Cable and some 1 man band operating out of Afghanistan, then Plant Cable comes a distant second. Terrible company, hopeless internet, non existent customer service. If you have a choice avoid Planet Cable AT ALL COSTS
