Apple launched the new MacBook Air 2025 updated with the latest M4 chips.
The new M4 chips found on the latest MacBook Air 2025 have a 10-core CPU and an option between an 8-core or 10-core GPU. Apple claims they offer 2x faster performance in Photoshop, 1.6x in Excel, and 2x in iMovie compared to the M1 models. It also now supports up to two 6K external displays at 60Hz.
Another big update is the latest Sky Blue colorway, joining the Silver, Midnight, and Starlight colors. Apple has also updated the Center Stage ultra-wide camera, which is now sharper with its 12-megapixel sensor.
Everything appears to be the same. It still comes in 13-inch and 15-inch models, which uses an LED-backlit IPS panel and sharp 224 pixels per inch.
It boasts an impressive battery life of up to 18 hours and charges via MagSafe. We also have a 3.5mm headphone jack and two Thunderbolt 4 ports for data transfers and external display.
Of course, it features Apple Intelligence, the company’s AI suite that brings features like Writing Tools, Image Playground, and improved Siri assistant.
