The Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro X has been unveiled. As the “Pro X” in the name suggests, it’s one of Xiaomi’s most powerful productivity laptops to date.
With the Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro X, you’re getting a lot of power wrapped inside a sleek, all-metal body that’s still relatively thin with 18.47mm on its thickest side. But being a 15.6-inch machine, it weighs a still-respectable 1.9kg. It only comes in Space Gray.
Speaking of which, it features a 3.5K OLED panel with a 3456 x 2160 pixel resolution, with 600-nits peak brightness and 100% DCI-P3 coverage. It’s also protected with Corning Gorilla Glass with ultra-thin 4.03mm bezels for a 91% screen-to-body ratio.
Under the hood, it’s powered by an Intel 11th-gen processor. You have the option to have a Core i5 chip, up to a Core i7-11370H that’s equipped with a 35W quad-core configuration and 8 threads.
For serious video/photo editing or 3D rendering, and even gaming, you can get the Mi Notebook Pro X with up to an NVIDIA RTX 3050Ti with 4GB of GDDR6 VRAM. It’s also configurable with up to 32GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 1TB of fast SSD.
This laptop also has two 2W Harman Kardon-tuned stereo speakers with DTS audio. Those speakers are sandwiching the backlit keyboard with 1.5mm key travel.
As for the battery, it comes with an 80Wh capacity that charges via a 130W USB Type-C adapter. Xiaomi claims it can go from 0% to 50% in just 25 minutes.
The Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro X has a starting price of CNY7,999 (around Php70,000) for the Core i5/16GB/512GB version and CNY9,999 (around Php76,200) for the Core i7/32GB/1TB.
