Firefly Mobile’s Intense series of smartphones rose in popularity last year, so it only makes sense that the company wants to keep the momentum going this year by introducing a new member to the series. It’s the new Firefly Mobile Intense Desire.
We gotta say – the Firefly Mobile Intense Desire does look desirable, what with its slim profile, attractive color and glamorous curves on the edges. It reminiscent of the appeal of last year’s Allure 64 LTE. It’s not just about the looks, though. As the first smartphone of the series this year, the Intense Desire sports the right combination of hardware for great performance and user experience: octa-core MediaTek 6753 processor, 3GB RAM, 32GB onboard storage and dual SIM slots, both of which can connect to 4G LTE networks. Its 5.5-inch IPS display offers 720p resolution, scratch resistance and OGS technology.
For photography enthusiasts, the Firefly Mobile Intense Desire has a 13-megapixel main camera powered by a Sony Exmore RS IMX214 sensor. Selfie shots are handled by an 8-megapixel, backscreen-illuminated front camera.

It seem that it might have been the danish sim – I’m back in the Philippines and have 4G through Globe. Thank you for the reply
i bought mine through Firefly Mobile Store.. its about a year now.. i got 4G icon when im outside the house..did you put the sim on the 4g slot.. i think there is only 1 slot for 4g sim check the manual.
and may i ask you .. did you get a 4G LTE Sim Card for the Phone
I can’t ever remember having seen the 4G icon in the notification area, and I have had this phone for more than 6 months now. Plenty of times i have been nearby towers that has my provider both in the philippines and in Denmark. the settings is set to 4G but stays on 3G most of the time if not going down to 2G.
Has anyone had 4G on this model?
I bought my phone through Lazada from Firefly Mobile, I think they sold me a “dud”. Their support suck big time so I can’t get any info from them and there are no more OTA updates for this model.
Hope someone can answer this.
