Samsung Philippines has put up the official VIP pre-order page for the upcoming Galaxy S20 series.
The company sent emails to invite loyal Galaxy Note and Galaxy S series users for an exclusive pre-order opportunity ahead of the public. But based on the details posted, these VIPs won’t just be the first to own these devices in the Philippines — they will be among the first in the world.
While checking the Samsung PH pre-registration page, we’ve spotted a tiny detail which revealed that the Philippines will be the first country to get the upcoming Samsung flagships.

Other countries’ pre-order pages, specifically US and South Korea, all point to a March 6th release date. But in the Philippines, customers can get and pick up these new smartphones as early as February 21 — just 10 days after the international announcement set on the 11th of February.
Those who received the email should click on the link to the pre-order page and create a new account before they can choose which Galaxy S20 model and bundle they want to get.
Consumers are given three options: phone only and 2 versions of phone + item bundle worth Php6,990. These freebies could be either the Galaxy Buds or the entry-level Galaxy A10s, because their current SRP matches the bundle item worth.

Unfortunately, the official pricing and availability in the Philippines are still unknown, so consumers are kind of left in the dark despite getting first dibs on the pre-order. But if this rumor is to be believed, it should be around the same price as its predecessor.
The pre-registration period lasts until February 9, 2020. A Php2,000 downpayment is required to make a reservation. Customers who pre-ordered through stores in Metro Manila will be the first to receive their units while Visayas and Mindanao will follow shortly after.
