Meta just announced that users can now post NFTs on both Facebook and Instagram.

The social media giant accepts wallets like MetaMask, Rainbow, Trust Wallet, Coinbase, and Dapper Wallet. The NFTs can be minted using Flow, Polygon, or Ethereum.

“As we continue rolling out digital collectibles on Facebook and Instagram, we’ve started giving people the ability to post digital collectibles that they own across both Facebook and Instagram. This will enable people to connect their digital wallets once to either app in order to share their digital collectibles across both,” Meta said in the announcement.

Meta has been experimenting with NFTs on both Facebook and Instagram since May. This latest move is just part of the process, hence it is not clear if it will be available in all markets, like the Philippines.

Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg previously mentioned that they are working on making NFTs available through Instagram Stories and making them compatible with Spark AR.
