Loyalty to the Apple iPhone brand has increased, whereas Android has users who are more likely to switch between smartphone brands, according to a recent survey.
In March 2021, SellCell conducted a brand loyalty survey to determine how loyal users are with the five of the most popular smartphone brands. The survey also determined what brand upgrading users are most likely to switch to, as well as the reasons behind their decision to switch.

The results of the survey showed that the Apple iPhone has an all-time high loyalty at 92 percent. Samsung, on the other hand, has 74 percent brand loyalty, meaning one out of four of its users are likely to switch. About 53 percent of those who would switch away from Samsung said they want to get an iPhone.
Reasons for switching include getting the most bang for their buck and looking for better features and privacy protection.
