Epson was named the top printer brand in ASEAN for 2025 by the International Data Corporation (IDC). The company took the number one spot in four categories: Graphic Textile, Large Format Printer, Signage, and Photo Graphic.
In Large Format Printing, Epson’s regional market share rose to 21.1% from 19.2% in 2024. The company posted gains in Thailand at 28.3%, the Philippines at 26.9%, and Indonesia at 23.2%. It also leads in Singapore at 32.8% and Malaysia at 16.8%.

Epson kept its lead in Graphic Textile with a 45.6% market share, up from 43% the year before. It holds 60% of the market in Singapore, 59.1% in Indonesia, 54.6% in the Philippines, and 25.3% in Thailand. Last year, the company joined ITMA 2025 in Singapore and released a whitepaper on digital textile printing trends in Southeast Asia.
In Photo Graphic (Aqueous Ink), Epson remains number one in the region with a 22.3% market share. It leads in Singapore at 56.8%, Indonesia at 32.2%, Thailand at 27.9%, and Malaysia at 23.6%.

For Signage, Epson’s share grew to 11.1% from 10.5% in 2024. It launched three new printers last year: the SureColor S7130, S8130, and S9130. Market share also climbed in Singapore to 54.5%, Thailand to 37.5%, and Malaysia to 22%.
