Richard Yu, Huawei’s mobile chief, expresses deep regrets on how he reactedregarding the Huawei P10 memory scandal. In a letter initially distributed internally and later published to his Weibo account, Yu admits that his response was “inappropriate” and the company’s attitude about it was “arrogant”.
