ABS-CBN TVplus upgraded with internet access

The ABS-CBN TVplus box has upgraded the entertainment setup of a lot of Filipinos. If you don’t have it, I’m pretty sure some of your neighbors do. And as the digibox has proven its success, the Philippine media’s biggest conglomerate is set to offer a new product — the ABS-CBN TVplus Internet.

Dubbed as a Digital Terrestrial Televisions (DTT) box, this new product can provide some features that Smart TVs have, on to the CRT or regular flatscreen TV. The ABS-CBN TVplus Internet is a prepaid broadband stick that plugs into the actual TVplus box.

And just like most broadband sticks, it serves as the internet access point to the TVplus box, unlocking new ways of utilizing the TVplus box. Partnered with an ABS-CBN SIM, you can have access to apps like Facebook, Wikipedia, and the company’s own iWant TV Express app right from the TVPlus.
