Almost three years after the last release, Barnes & Noble has announced a new Nook tablet. This time, the American bookseller is partnering with Lenovo to launch a 10-inch Android-powered slate.
Like its 2018 predecessor, the new Nook 10″ HD tablet is a budget model that’s meant to be mainly used for perusing Nook’s e-books, newspapers and other digital content. It’s got an HD IPS display that features blue light protection to help keep the eyes comfortable during prolonged reading sessions. Despite its entry-level status, the tablet has a sleek, modern design with an aluminum back.

With some specs left unannounced, the Nook 10″ HD tablet is confirmed to be powered by an octa-core processor with up to 2.3GHz clock frequency. The tablet comes with 32GB internal storage with microSD expansion. Battery life is estimated to reach up to 10 hours.
The Lenovo-designed Nook 10″ tablet will launch in April 2021 with a $129.99 (approx. ₱6,325) starting price.
