We got excited when Nokia announced their budget smartphone late last year. And now, the Nokia 2 is finally in the Philippines.
It feels like Nokia found the right blend with the Nokia 2. Something that is is actually really easy to achieve, but not a lot of companies have accomplished.
Nokia has put the limited resources in the right areas. For one, the Nokia 2 has a 5-inch HD screen, partnered with an understandably underwhelming Snapdragon 212 quad-core processor.
It only has 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage — an unsurprising combo for a sub-Php6k Android device.
On the upside, it has 4G LTE connectivity plus a chunky 4100mAh battery. And judging by the humble screen and processor that it needs to power, it might be enough to last you for two days or more.
