This is offered through the company’s Google Carrer Certificates scholarships and is done in partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), and Globe Telecom.

Filipinos aged 18 years and above are allowed to apply for the online certificate course, which will last for 6 months to 1 year. There are four courses offered: Data Analytics, IT Support, Project Management, and UX Design. The best part is, there’s no need for any academic degree or work experience.

As per Marketing Chief Gabby Roxas, this was done after they saw a growing demand for IT-related work, hence the need for Filipinos to with new skills.
