After nearly 24 years, the popular website PinoyExchange announced that they are shutting down.
PinoyExchange, abbreviated as PEx, has been around since July 1999. It was established by Nico Jose “Nix” Nolledo with the help of his brother as an online community where users can connect and discuss different areas of interest.
Some of the most popular categories are Showbiz (show business), PBA (Philippine Basketball Association), UAAP-Volleyball, and more.
The platform describes itself as an online forum where users can “Connect and Converse” in the way of reacting and expressing their thoughts and opinions on the latest local and international news, showbiz updates, gadgets, travel, sports, and other topics.
In the announcement posted on social media, PinoyExchange said that they will say goodbye on April 15, 2023, and thanked its users, with no explanation as to why it’s shutting down.
