It seems like Samsung has another problem aside from the Galaxy Note 7.

A user posted about her Galaxy S7 Edge incident on Facebook, saying that it suddenly got burned while being used. Weng Briones, the owner of the device, explained that her child was using the smartphone when a smoke suddenly appeared. It turns out, it has caught fire on the inside and it burned a large part of the screen and battery back panel.

She went to the Samsung store in SM City Taytay where bought the device and she was given a full refund for what happened. In spite of the unfortunate incident, Briones said that she was impressed by the immediate action and excellent after sales support.

Now this isn’t the first time we’ve heard of a burning Galaxy S7 Edge, as Samsung was recently sued over the same issue.

Things aren’t looking great for Samsung, but they’re handling the Galaxy Note 7 case very well.

Let’s see where this Galaxy S7 Edge issue goes.
