ShopeeFood is launching in the Philippines this September to compete with giants GrabFood and Foodpanda.
ShopeeFood will officially launch on September 16, 2026, in the Philippines. An official Facebook page called ShopeeFood PH is already live.
This food delivery service is already available in neighboring countries such as Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam. The company has also started recruiting riders for their service.
Like the company’s e-commerce platform, you should be able to use ShopeePay and Shopee Coins on the food delivery service. Vouchers should also play a big role in enticing new users.
In other countries, ShopeeFood is accessible via a dedicated app, separated from the Shopee e-commerce app. We’re expecting the same implementation here in the Philippines.
The app’s Play Store listing abroad reveals features like group ordering, super-fast free shipping, and a ShopeeFood Mart fresh market.
