To further showcase their products, PLDT has opened new concept stores in two of SM’s flagship malls.
From now on, you can now spot the new PLDT Concept Stores in SM North EDSA and SM Megamall. This is a follow up to the already operational stores like the one from Promenade in Greenhills and the other one from Cebu.
It’s evident how PLDT grew from only offering internet services to also providing tangible products to come with it. Hence, expect to see some of the company’s hardware offerings in these physical stores.

Moreover, PLDT Concept Stores are packed with touchscreens and computer machines that let you experience PLDT’s internet services. The stores have an area which PLDT calls as the “Broadband Visualizer” which allows the customers to compare different PLDT plans by having an on-hand experience with it.
The new concept stores are present on the 4th Floor, Building B of SM Megamall. On the other hand, the SM North EDSA store can be located in the third floor of the Annex building.
