The Red Magic Titan 16 Pro comes out a few months after Infinix, another smartphone brand, also released its first gaming laptop, the GT Book. The company launched the device alongside its latest gaming smartphones, the 9S Pro and 9S Pro+, to give it an extra push.
As the name suggests, the Titan 16 comes with a large 16-inch IPS display with a 2560 x 1600 pixel resolution, a wide 16:10 aspect ratio, and, since it’s made for gaming, a high 240Hz refresh rate, 3ms response time, and G-Sync.
It also has DC dimming and 100% DCI-P3 color coverage. Audio is provided by the stereo speaker setup with DTS-X Ultra.
Now, onto the important hardware. The Titan 16 Pro comes with a powerful Intel Core i9 processor and an option between an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 or RTX 4070 graphics card.
You can get it with up to 32GB DDR5 5600MHz RAM, which you can then expand up to 96GB. For the storage, they are offering up to 1TB SSD. You can fill the extra PCI 4.0 M.2 slot if you need more.
For ports, we have a single USB-C Thunderbolt 4, 1x USB-C 3.2, 1x USB-A 3.2, HDMI 2.1, an ethernet port, a headphone/mic combo jack, and a card reader.
It also has a 100W PD fast charging and an FHD IR camera with support for Windows Hello.
The Red Magic Titan 16 Pro has a price of CNY10,499 for the RTX4060/16GB/1TB/Dark Knight model, CNY11,299 for the RTX4060/16GB/1TB/Glacier Silver, and CNY13,299 for the RTX4070/32GB/1TB/Glacier Silver. It is now listed in China and will hit the international market in Q4.
