The ASUS TUF Gaming F16 is now available in the Philippines.
It arrived alongside the new ROG Strix SCAR 16 and SCAR 18, Zephyrus G14 and G16, Strix G16 and G18, and new desktop PCs. The ASUS TUF Gaming F16 is the cheapest of the bunch.
You can get it with either an Intel Core i5-13450HX CPU with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 GPU or an Intel Core i7-14650HX processor with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 graphics. The former has 512GB of storage while the latter has 1TB. Both have 16GB of RAM.
The device’s build quality passed MIL-STD-810H tests, which include tests against vibrations, high and low temperatures, and more. It features an aluminum lid, a 180-degree hinge, and a bunch of vents for cooling.
Speaking of cooling, the hardware is cooled by the 2nd-gen Arc Flow fans, full-width heatsink and vents, and 38dB at performance mode. This results in a 7°C cooler keyboard surface temperature.
For the screen, we have a fast 16-inch IPS display, with a 1920 x 1200 pixel resolution, 3ms response time, and smooth 165Hz refresh rate. Keeping the lights on is a 90Wh battery.
The ASUS TUF Gaming F16 is now available at ASUS and ROG concept stores with a free TUF Gaming Backpack, 3-month PC Game Pass, and ASUS Warranty Package. The Intel Core i5-13450HX/RTX 5060/512GB model retails for Php99,995 while the Intel Core i7-14650HX/RTX 5070/1TB has an SRP of Phhp109,995.
