Google just dropped a new app called Doppl that lets you virtually try on clothes using an animated version of yourself. Launched last June 26, the experimental features hub, the app aims to make online shopping easier by showing how outfits look on a personalized digital avatar.

Doppl builds on Google Shopping’s recent update, which allowed users to try on “billions of clothing items” by uploading a photo. But this new app goes further, as it can turn static images into AI-generated videos, so you can see how clothes move and fit. You can also save favorite looks, browse them later, or share them with friends.

Got an outfit you like from a thrift store or Instagram? Just snap a picture, and Doppl will show how it looks on you. Right now, the app supports tops, bottoms, and dresses, but not shoes, swimwear, or accessories. Hopefully, those can come later through an update.

Google admits Doppl is not yet perfect, so it might fill in missing details (like adding pants if you only upload a shirt). The app is available on Android and iOS, but only in the U.S. for now. There’s no word yet on a global rollout.
