HUAWEI’s new premium and ultra-premium smartwatches are now in the Philippines.
The HUAWEI Watch Ultimate 2, a step up to the Watch GT 6 and GT 6 Pro, has a bigger and more intimidating design. It has a sharp and octagonal liquid metal watch case and a ceramic bezel.
It then has a sapphire glass protecting the 1.5-inch LTPO display that offers 3500-nits of peak brightness.
Made for divers, HUAWEI claims it’s the first 150-metre diving smartwatch and received ISO 22810 and EN 13319 certifications. It even has a sonar-based underwater communication feature with a range of up to 30 metres.
You can add co-divers to the watch for communication, do above-water tests, and play with the Diving Mode Selection to customize gas and water types and more.
Apart from underwater activities, the Watch Ultimate 2 has upgraded antennas for eSIM calls and navigation. Advanced features for golfers are also here, like zoomable maps of over 17,000 courses and ball trajectory sharing.
It also has QR and NFC code sharing, smart gestures, phone-free calls over eSIM, and on-watch navigation.
The HUAWEI TrueSense health sensor has been paired with the new Multi-Sensing X-TAP Technology that can scan your fingertips to gather more data.
For the battery, HUAWEI said it can last for up to 4.5 days on Android and 3.5 days on iOS under typical use with AOD enabled.
The HUAWEI Watch Ultimate 2 has an SRP of Php44,999 and is now available on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and HUAWEI’s official website.
