PCO has a new budget phone under the M-series, the POCO M8x.
The POCO M8x features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 processor, with up to 6GB LPDDR4X RAM, and up to 128GB UFS 2.2 internal storage, which is expandable via a microSD card.
On the front, there’s a large 6.9-inch HD+ IPS display, with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection.
There’s a punch-hole on top of the display for the 8-megapixel selfie camera, while the rear has a single 50-megapixel shooter.
Keeping the lights on is a large 7,900mAh battery, paired with fast 22.5W reverse wired charging that can fill up other devices. The device itself uses a 45W wired charger.
It ships with an Android 16-based operating system, with HyperOS 3 on top.
The POCO M8x is now listed in India. It’s available in 4GB/128GB and 6GB/128GB configurations with a price of INR20,999 (~Php13,700) and INR22,999 (~Php15,000), respectively.
