Blackview BV8000 Pro - NoypiGeeks

Blackview released a few products during their Global Sales Agent Conference held in Prague, Czech Republic. Out of the bunch of new offerings, their new flagship dubbed as the Blackview BV8000 Pro is unsurprisingly the most interesting of them all.

Just by the looks of it, you can already tell that it is built like a tank. Heck, if that pronounced “IP-68” logo on the chin of the device doesn’t make it obvious then I don’t know what is. The handset’s stealthy black design with the metal accent makes it look like the love child of the Galaxy S5 Active and the Lamborghini Tauri 88.

The BV8000 Pro will join other rugged devices today like their very own BV7000 Pro and the LG X Venture.

Other than its toughness, the Blackview BV8000 Pro also looks pretty powerful on the inside. This thing runs on a 2.3GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P20. It will also have a beefy 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and has a spacious 64GB internal storage.

Blackview is also highlighting the its 16-megapixel Samsung sensor at the back of the device. It also has a large f/2.0 aperture and can support underwater shooting.

Being a rugged smartphone means being a reliable survival tool. Hence, it has a large 4180mAh battery. And to make things more interesting, the phone can transmit power to other devices — acting like a powerbank.
