ASUS wearables aren’t the most popular in the market. But, the company is trying to change that with the new VivoWatch 6 Aero.

The new ASUS VivoWatch 6 Aero is said to be the first fitness tracker in the world that can measure both blood pressure and ECG (electrocardiogram) with a touch of a finger. This will benefit people with hypertension.

It’s got the ECG and PPG sensors on the front so you can quickly measure health data with just your index finger. The rear sensor can then monitor Pulse Transit Time (PTT Index), SpO2, and heart rate when you’re at rest or sleeping.

The data is processed through the ASUS Health AI 5.0 algorithm. What’s more, the new VivoWatch has multiple workout tracking modes for indoor and outdoor activities, which include swimming, thanks to its 5ATM water resistance. GNSS is also here for GPS, QZSS, Galileo, GLONASS, and BDS satellites.

Other features include music control, stopwatch, camera control, notifications, and more. It also works for both Android and iOS via the ASUS HealthConnect App.

There’s a 1.1-inch AMOLED screen on the front, uses Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, uses a 15mm silicone strap, and has a 135mAh battery with longevity undisclosed.
