HUAWEI’s latest smartwatches, the Watch GT 5 series and the Watch Ultimate, are now in the Philippines.
Let’s first look at the HUAWEI Watch GT 5 and GT 5 Pro. These two have AMOLED screens with 466 x 466-pixel resolution, built-in speakers and microphone, rotating crown and side button, wireless charging, and works with both Android and iOS.
Both models come in 46mm sizes, with the Pro getting a smaller 42mm size while the GT 5 has a 41mm variant. The bigger sizes have the same 1.43-inch screen while the smaller variants have 1.32-inch and a chic design.
Going with the Pro model unlocks the Golf Mode which has detailed maps of over 15,000 tier-1 courses across the globe and more than 100 courses in the Philippines.
The Pro model also has a fancier design that use Titanium Alloy for the 46mm variant and Nanocrystalline Ceramic for the 42mm. The non-Pro model has Stainless Steel. You’re also getting an extra ECG sensor and Depth sensor with water resistance of up to 40 meters for diving.
You can get the HUAWEI Watch GT 5 Pro 46mm with a Titanium strap for Php24,999 and Black Fluoroelastomer strap for Php17,999. The 42mm with White Ceramic Strap is priced at Php31,999 and Black Fluoroelastomer for Php22,999.
Meanwhile, the HUAWEI Watch GT 5 46mm with a Blue Woven strap retails for Php13,999, while the Black Fluoroelastomer comes in at Php21,999. The Watch GT 5 41mm comes in three strap options: Bown Woven, Black Fluoroelastomer, and White Leather for Php13,999, Php12,999, and Php13,999, respectively.

HUAWEI also boasts its 100-meter water resistance for diving, ECG analysis, and battery life that lasts up to 8 days under typical use. Bluetooth calling is also supported.
