Itel’s latest entry-level phone, the Itel S24, is set to be launched in the Philippines on September 28. But, we’ve already got some information about its price.
In a post on its official Facebook page, the company said the Itel S24 will have an SRP of Php8,999. But, on its special launch on TikTok Live on the 28th, you can get it at almost half the price of only Php4,899.
This will make the S24 an even better deal, considering that it sports a MediaTek Helio G91 processor, with a generous 8GB RAM, and 256GB of expandable storage.
One of its highlight features is the pixel-packed 108-megapixel main camera, joined by a 2-megapixel depth sensor and an 8-megapixel selfie camera.
A large 6.6-inch HD+ IPS screen is on the front, complete with a smooth 90Hz refresh rate. Despite its price, it managed to get DTS stereo speakers.
It ships with an 18W charger for the 5,000mAh battery. It lacks a fingerprint scanner, but does have face unlock for security.
Sadly, it ships with the aging Android 13-based Itel OS 13.5. But, it does have built-in GPT AI Assistant, Dynamic Bar that works like Apple’s Dynamic Island, and of course, the obligatory +8GB virtual RAM expansion.
