Budget smartwatches usually lack the right features and fancy designs, but not the new Realme TechLife Watch R100.
The Realme TechLife Watch R100 immediately impresses with its design. It has a round display that’s 1.32-inches, has an aluminum alloy build, and two buttons — all of which mimic the look of an actual classic watch.
Going back to the display, this one is a TFT panel that has a 360 x 360 pixel resolution and 450-nits of peak brightness for outdoor usability.
The colored screen lets you pick from over 100 watch faces available from the Realme Wear mobile app.
Realme also rigged the device with a built-in speaker and microphone so you can make or receive calls right from the watch. No need to take out your phone.
The R100 also has impressive battery life. As per Realme, it can last for up to 10 hours of Bluetooth calls and a total of 7 days of light to moderate use.
For sensors, the TechLife Watch come with an optical heart-rate sensor, SpO2, and accelerometer. These sensors let the watch track over 100 indoor and outdoor sports modes, which should also include swimming since the watch is IP68 water-resistant.
The watch also has all-day activity monitoring that tracks your burned calories, standing time, and exercise time. Plus, guided breathing, hydration reminders, 24/7 stress monitoring, and sleep quality monitoring.
This watch can also push notifications from your phone, control music, event reminders, weather forecast, cycle tracking, flashlight, and find my phone.
It then comes with a silicone strap that’s easily replaceable. It pairs with your Android 6.0 or later or iOS 9 or later device via Bluetooth 5.2.
