There’s a new contender in the low-end smartphone arena. The Blackview A9 Pro will join the slew of affordable devices that are available in the Philippines today.
The Blackview A9 Pro packs all the essential hardware you might require on a 2017 smartphone, plus a bit more. The 5-inch HD IPS display on the front and the MediaTek quad-core processor inside are some customary inclusions for the price.
But what Blackview did to make the A9 Pro exciting is the inclusion of the dual-camera setup at the back. There’s an 8-megapixel rear camera that’s backed by a 0.3-megapixel sensor which is tasked to do nothing but to gather depth information for the bokeh effect. This is just like what Cherry Mobile did with the Flare P1.
Also, the Blackview A9 Pro will come with a 3,000mAh battery. The capacity is probably enough to power its low-res display and a mediocre processor for more than a day. Blackview also included a fingerprint scanner, USB Type-C compatibility, Android Nougat, and 4G LTE connectivity for a reliable internet connection.
