Cherry Mobile launches a new budget-friendly smartphone once again. Here we have the new Cherry Mobile Flare Y7 Pro, and it is geared toward multitaskers with its 4GB of RAM.
Having this much memory on a sub-Php5k smartphone is really rare. What isn’t is the MediaTek Helio A22 quad-core processor that’s powering the Cherry Mobile Flare Y7 Pro. It also has 32GB of expandable storage and a PowerVR GE8300.
Other predictable inclusions are the 5.7-inch HD+ Teardrop IPS display on the front and a 3,000mAh battery.
On the upside, it comes with a 16-megapixel Sony sensor and 2-megapixel cameras on the back. While on the front we have a surprisingly well-featured 16-megapixel selfie-snapper from Samsung.

Unlike other smartphones in this price, Cherry Mobile was able to squeeze in a fingerprint scanner on this device. The scanner was mounted on the sides for a cleaner look.
