Cherry Mobile has announced another game breaking product, a smartphone sporting the much-coveted Helio X20 deca-core processor.
The Cherry Mobile M1 is one heck of a smartphone. It’s even up to par with other 2016 flagship smartphones from international brands. It’s got the Helio X20 10-core processor, 4GB of RAM, and 32GB of storage.
The phone is running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box and includes a fingerprint sensor at the back. It’s also the first smartphone to use Sony’s IMX230 21-megapixel camera with BSI.

An unexpected feature is the USB Type-C inclusion instead of the traditional microSB. This means that Cherry Mobile is committed in adapting new technologies as they go. One of the things I like most about Type-C is it’s reversible, so it’s easier to use. Fortunately, Cherry Mobile included a USB A to USB Type-C cable to make the migration painless (I hate my Type-C to C cable on my Nexus).
