At an SRP of Php4,999, you’re getting a 4.5″ FWVGA IPS screen, a 1.2GHz Qualcomm MSM8225Q chipset, 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage. It even runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean out of the box!

The specs aren’t exactly spectacular and to be honest, that 512MB RAM is a bit of a bummer, but at that price, who the heck is complaining. If the Cherry Mobile Flare brought dual core phones to the masses, the same can definitely be said about the Cloudfone Excite 450Q. You’re getting the same specs as some quad-core phones from local brands that cost one or two thousand pesos more!
