Nothing sub-brand CMF has introduced its first Pro phone, the CMF Phone 2 Pro.
The CMF Phone 2 Pro is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro processor that offers 10% faster CPU and 5% better GPU than the Dimensity 7300 of the CMF Phone 1. It is joined by 8GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of storage.
A bigger 6.77-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen is on the front that has 10-bit colors, HDR10+ support, 2160Hz PWM dimming, and 3000-nit peak brightness.
The battery has the usual 5,000mAh capacity, paired with a 33W adapter. It may not have the bigger silicon-carbon density that others have, but CMF claims it can retain 90% of its battery capacity even after 1,200 charging cycles.
It then has killer camera features with two 50-megapixel cameras and one ultra-wide. It has a bigger 1/1.57-inch main shooter with AI-powered image stabilization. It then has a 50-megapixel 2x telephoto lens with 20x digital zoom.
They are joined by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 16-megapixel camera for selfies.
What’s more, CMF is introducing interchangeable lenses that you can attach to the cameras. The magnetic rear panel also supports different accessories like a lanyard and a wallet that doubles as a stand.
CMF also highlighted that it will receive 3 OS upgrades and 6 years of security patches.
The CMF Phone 2 Pro retails for INR18,999 (~Php12,500) for the 8GB/128GB model. Digital Walker has already confirmed its release in the Philippines, so stay tuned for that.
