The month of March have been very busy for the Philippine tech scene as a lot of devices have just been announced and launched locally. And before the month ends, here we have another one, the new Honor 8C.

As the name suggests, the Honor 8C is the smaller and more affordable brother of the Honor 8X. This thing has a 6.26-inch HD+ display, with a shiny back panel that has a matte finish.

It’s powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 octa-core processor, 3GB of RAM, and 32GB of expandable storage. While on the inside it has a generous 4,000mAh battery.

The device will also come with an 8-megapixel camera for selfies, while a 13-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual rear camera setup is found on the back.

The Honor 8C has a price of Php7,999 and will hit the shelves on March 30 at Honor stores and kiosks nationwide. It will also be available in Shopee from March 30 to April 6, with the first 200 customers getting a free Honor Band 4 Running Edition, which is valued at Php1,299.
