HONOR Philippines’ latest entry-level smartphone, the HONOR X6b, is available here.
The HONOR X6b boasts a large 5,200mAh battery — bigger than the 5,000mAh capacity that most phones have. HONOR claims it can last up to 26 hours of online streaming, 27 hours of social media browsing, and an extra 19 hours on standby when you enter Super Power Saving mode at 10%. Plus, the battery can apparently retain a healthy capacity after 4 years.
For charging, it ships with a 35W HONOR SuperCharge adapter, which can charge the device to 20% in just 10 minutes.
Under the hood, it is powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 processor, with 6GB of RAM, 6GB of virtual RAM expansion, and 128GB of expandable storage. Software is handled by MagicOS 8.0 with the Android 14 operating system.
A 6.56-inch HD+ IPS is on the front, with a 90Hz refresh rate, and a low-resolution 5-megapixel selfie camera on top.
On the back, we have a sharp 50-megapixel main shooter and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. A fingerprint scanner is on the side, which doubles as the lock/power button. Face unlock is also supported.
The HONOR X6b, with the single 6GB/128GB configuration, has a retail price of Php5,999. You can get it at an even lower price of Php5,399 through Shopee flash sales happening from September 10 to 19.
