HONOR has refreshed the X7 series while retaining one of its most popular features: a big battery. Check out the new HONOR X7c.
Like the X7b, the new HONOR X7c boasts an enormous 6,000mAh battery. HONOR claims it can last up to 24 hours of online video streaming and 46 hours for calls. There’s also an Ultra Power-Saving Mode that lets you stretch a 2% charge up to 75 minutes of calls. Albeit, expect long charging hours as it only comes with a 35W charger.
Moreover, HONOR highlights its Swiss SGS Premium Performance Certification for its drop and crush-resistant build and IP64 dust and water resistance rating.
On the back, we have a design that’s a departure from the X7b. Instead of a ring-shaped camera island, we now have a square glass identical to the X6b. While the layout looks like it has four cameras, it only has two: a 108-megapixel main shooter and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The other two rings are for the LED flash and a placeholder. No more ultra-wide.
An 8-megapixel selfie camera is on the front. The punch-hole it’s in can be surrounded with HONOR’s Magic Capsule feature, which shows live notifications and widgets when you’re making calls, voice recording, and running a timer.
That camera sits on top of the large 6.77-inch TFT LCD, with only an HD+ resolution, but a high 120Hz refresh rate and 850-nits of peak brightness. Powering the device is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 processor, upgraded from before, and runs on Android 14-based MagicOS 8.0.
The HONOR X7c is now available in Azerbaijan through the online store Irshad.az for a price of AZN359.99 (~Php12,200) for the 6GB/128GB model. It should also arrive in the Philippines in the near future, so be on the lookout for that.
