Huawei just released a new mid-range smartphone dubbed as the Huawei Y9s.
The new Huawei Y9s has clever design choices like a pop-up selfie camera that we saw on the Y9 Prime 2019, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner that the Nova 5T have.
It’s still powered by a Kirin 710F processor with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. There’s a 4,000mAh battery to juice it up, with 10W of fast-charging support.
Triple camera setup is then seen on the back. We have a 48-megapixel primary shooter, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
For those who are worried, the device will still run on Android 9 Pie with EMUI 9.1 interface on top. Although it’s still not clear if it will come with Google Play Services.
The Huawei Y9s has an official price of USD239 (~Php12,100), although its availability details are yet to be announced. We’ll give you more details once they’re available.
