Itel has a brand-new entry-level phone, the Itel A70, which has been instantly made available in the Philippines.
The Itel A70 is powered by a UNISOC T603 12nm octa-core processor, with only 3GB of RAM for the base model, but with a large 128GB of expandable storage.

On the front, we have a standard 6.6-inch HD+ display, with a notch for the 8-megapixel selfie camera. The waterdrop notch is paired with Itel’s Dynamic Bar — their take on the iPhones’ Dynamic Island — that shows notifications and other animations.
Around the back, we have a low-resolution 13-megapixel main camera, joined by a depth sensor.

Keeping the lights on is a 5,000mAh battery with an unknown charging speed.
Itel also threw in a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and facial recognition, and will ship with Android 13-based ItelOS 13.

The Itel A70 4GB/128GB is listed for a price of Php3,499 while the 3GB/128GB is at Php2,999. It’s available on Shopee and TikTok Shop. It comes with a free Earbuds S9 or Cable X21 until stocks last.
