Meizu Pro 6S

Meizu has officially announced the successor of its flagship smartphone – the Meizu Pro 6S.

It carries the same design philosophy as its predecessor, with an aluminum body and curved edges taking the center. They also used the same antenna bands design as before, which is now quite popular thanks to Apple’s latest iPhones.

Not only that it bears the same style, it has the same set of colors, too. It will be available in Silver, Gold, Gray, and Rose Gold.

Meizu Pro 6S has a 5.2-inch Super AMOLED screen with 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution. It also has a “3D Press” feature, which we think is a copy of Apple’s Force Touch.

It will be powered by the same chipset, the Helio X25 10-core processor backed by 4GB of RAM and the rather unexciting Mali-T880MP4 graphics. There’s 64GB of storage which is unfortunately not expandable.

Probably the biggest improvement of the Meizu 6S Pro over the 6 Pro is in the camera department. It comes with a 12-megapixel Sony IMX 386 sensor with support for 4-axis optical image stabilization, phase detection autofocus, and laser assistance.
