MyPhone surprised everybody with the affordable pricing of the MyPhone Rio, one of their newest smartphones which was showcased in an event almost a month ago together MyPhone Infinity and Ocean Elite.

MyPhone Rio is a very capable android phone that can easily run almost all the games and apps that you want, thanks to its powerful Mediatek MT6582M processor and decent 1GB of RAM. It also has the typical goodies such as 8-megapixel and 2-megapixel front-facing camera, 4GB of storage (expandable), and USB OTG capabilities. Probably the best feature of the device is it’s high definition display which is a sweet deal for the really low price.

        1. Yup since may flash naman yung unit. Remember it is only 8mp baka kasi ang hinahanap mu na quality yung pang 13mp lol…. Never compare an 8mp to 13mp since 8mp is 8mp and 13mp is 13mp.

  2. Hi i just bought rio lite 3days ago tas grb malow batt is this normal? Kktanggal ko lng ng charger nbawasan agad. Pero pg d nmn gnagamit tumatgal nmn tlga.pls any one answer ty

    1. Have you check if there are running application in the background? Like games and chat apps? Dapat nakastop yun kasi malakas kumain ng battery power. Second baka naka on yung mobile data connection malakas makadrain ng battery yun. Third may seven day replacement naman yung unit diba try mu papalitan yung battery.

    3,ilang beses pabalik balik sa repair shop hu tinapon ko nalang mas malaki ang gastos sa pabalik balik,kaya nag hahanap kami ng matibay na cellphone sa my phone okay na ito wala na akong hahanapin pa< good camera mabilis pa maasahan talaga maging sa game<

    1. Iilang apps lang ang puede mu ma uninstall. These are facebook, instagram and twitter.. Kung gusto mu talaga lumaki ang memory ng unit bili ka na lang ng SDcard since allow na din sa unit mag install ang apps directly sa SDcard.

  9. hi po mga sir/ma’am plano ko po bumili ng phone pero di ako maka pagdeside… gamer din po kasi ako at un ung ia afteran ko. the problem is 5000 lang budget ko. thl t6s, gionee p4, asus zenphone 4 yang ung mga pinagpipilian ko…. now i learned about this mp rio. smooth ho ba to when it comes to gaming??? saka bout the internet conn? ayos lang ba ung flow neto? hindi naman sya nag la-lag??? salamat!

    1. para sakin sir i choose Asus,,,malinaw ang camera nya.. na compare ko na sya kasi sa aking Nokia Lumia 630 and solid din kasi ang spec nya like scratch resistant glass “Gorilla Glass 3″ then up-gradable na rin sya sa Android 4.4.2 Kitkat
      4” Display lng kasi w/ 233ppi and 1600mah battery 1Gb ram din and Dual-Core Intel Atom Z2520 w/ PowerVR SGX544MP2 GPU

      tested na rin sya w/ Asphalt 8 w/ no lag…

        1. Yup dualcore lang yung Zenphone 4 pero kung may extra cash ka go with Zenphone 5 maganda din ang specs nun.. Pero kung 5k lang talaga budget mu wagi kana sa MyPhone Rio

          1. ZP5? DUAL CORE SYA ULET… PREFERABLY TUMITINGIN AKO SA PROCESSOR NG ISANG ITEM. GIONEE P4…. MGANDA RIN SYA.

          2. Tama ka naman but it use Intel Atom with two core using different GHZ capacity.. Yung isa core uses 2 GHZ then yung isa was 1.6 GHZ.. Means yung isang core was good as dual core since 2 GHZ ang speed nya.. That is why mas mabilis siya kumpara sa normal na dual core phones ngaun.

    2. Yung Myphone Rio ko 3 months almost ko nang nagagamit pero mabilis pa rin siya and no lag when it comes to gaming. Games I installed and until now nilalaro ko was Dead Trigger 1&2, Dungeon Hunter 4, Asphalt 8, Shadow Fight 2 tsaka Spiderman Unlimited all those games run smoothly sa RIO.. I did also tried installing Real Rasing 3, Eternity Warrior 3 tsaka Iron Knights hands down no hassle dito sa unit pre. Basta bili ka lang ng sdcard para malaki memory ng phone mu. Plus factor na din kasi may pre intalled na memory booster yung Rio no need to installed DU Speed booster or any related apps. If your planning to used for lang for gaming yung unit swak na swak to basta wag ka lang mag install ng maraming messaging apps like Viber, wechat or anu ano pa kasi malakas kumain ng memory yung messaging apps.

        1. Kung normal txt and call at naka turn off ang data connection i guess 2 to 3 days and itatagal.. Napansin ko kasi yung sa RIO ko pag di ko nilalaro yung games kahit naka on ang WIFI matagal malowbat ang battery.
