Nokia and HMD Global went to CES 2022 and launched four new entry-level and midrange devices. They were joined by the also new Nokia 2760 4G feature phone.
First, we have the new Nokia C100 and C200, both with MediaTek Helio A22 processors, single cameras on the back, thick bezels on top and bottom of the screen, and a 4,000mAh battery. The C100 will be available for USD99 (around Php5,100) while the C200 will retail for USD119 (around Php6,100).
We also have new midrange called the Nokia G100 and G400. The latter boasts a Snapdragon 480 5G processor with a large 6.6-inch display and a 120Hz refresh rate. It also has a 48-megapixel main camera on the back, joined by a 5-megapixel ultra-wide and the obligatory 2-megapixel macro lens.
The G100 also has a triple camera setup on the back, a larger 5,000mAh battery, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and sports a 4G-only Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor.
All models will ship with a clean, stock Android 12 operating system out of the box.
The Nokia G100 and G400 have official prices of USD149 (around Php7,600) and USD239 (around Php12,200), respectively. The four models will be available in the US through prepaid providers such as Boost Mobile, Tracfone, and Consumer Cellular in the coming months. Meanwhile, release details in markets like the Philippines are yet to be announced.
