OnePlus has released its latest sub-flagship phone in the Philippines, the OnePlus 12R.
The new OnePlus 12R shares a lot of similarities with the brand’s last-generation flagship device, the OnePlus 11. They both come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, with the 12R sporting 16GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
It also has a similar 6.78-inch 2.8K display with a high 120Hz refresh rate, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2, but with a newer LTPO4 OLED panel.
The 12R also uses the 11’s high-end 50-megapixel IMX890 main sensor with OIS, albeit is now only joined by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide, 2-megapixel macro, and lacks Hasselblad technology. A 16-megapixel selfie shooter is on the front.
Keeping the lights on is a 5,500mAh battery, which is bigger than what the 11 has. OnePlus did keep the speedy 100W SUPERVOOC wired charging.
Also onboard are the latest WiFi 7 standard, under-display fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers, and IP64 dust and splash resistance.
The OnePlus 12R has an SRP of Php43,990 in the Philippines. Get it at the OnePlus Official Store on Shopee for a free Php2,200 discount voucher and Bluetooth speaker until April 27. You can also pre-order it at OnePlus kiosks and partner stores until the 26th.
