If you are already a parent and are overcome by the duties and responsibilities it brings, the Polytechnic University of the Philippines Open University System (PUP OUS) is opening opportunities to learn from home.

The PUP Open University System is the university’s initiative to deliver higher education services. Part of this initiative is its unique approach, where it is less formal, more flexible, and focuses more on adult learners such as parents.

The courses offered allow parents to pursue tertiary education (undergraduate degree). While it is generally open to Filipino moms and dads, the target beneficiaries are people living in remote (rural) areas.
