OnePlus unveils a new midrange smartphone, the OnePlus Nord CE4 Lite.
The new OnePlus Nord CE4 Lite sports a fancy 6.67-inch FHD+ OLED display with a high 120Hz refresh rate and an extra bright 2,100 nits of brightness. It also has an under-display fingerprint scanner and stereo speakers with 300% Ultra Volume Mode.
It also has a large 5,500mAh battery that OnePlus claims can last for up to 54.4 hours of mixed use, 21.9 hours of Instagram, and 20.1 hours of YouTube. It is paired with an 80W adapter that provides a full charge in about 52 minutes.
We also have a packed main 50-megapixel Sony LYT-600 camera with optical image stabilization. No ultra-wide, but there’s a 2-megapixel depth sensor and two LED flash. A 16-megapixel camera is on the front for selfies.
What’s bizarre is the choice to go with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor, which is the same one used on the Nord CE 3 Lite and CE 2 Lite. It is paired with the usual 8GB of RAM and two storage options: 128GB and 256GB.
It is available in three variants: Silver, Blue, and Orange, with a color-gradient finish that we haven’t seen in a while. It ships with Android 14-based OxygenOS 14 version with AI features like Smart Cutout.
The OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite is now available in Europe with a price of EUR329 (~Php20,700) for the 8GB/256GB with an early-bird price of EUR279 (~Php17,600). It will be available in India for INR19,999 (~Php14,100) and INR22,999 (~Php16,200) for the 8GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB, respectively.
