OPPO has announced a rebranded version of the A58x meant for the Chinese market, and it’s now called the OPPO A1x.

The OPPO A1x is powered by the aging MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor paired with 128GB of internal storage and an option between 6GB and 8GB of RAM.

Much like the processor, everything looks standard issue for a budget 5G device. There’s an apt 6.56-inch HD+ display with a decent 90Hz refresh rate. An 8-megapixel camera sits on a notch on top, while on the back, there’s a 13-megapixel main shooter and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.

As expected, it has a good 5,000mAh battery but only with 10W charging. It also runs on the outdated Android 12-based ColorOS 12.1 interface.
