The OPPO F series lives on in other markets as a new model has been introduced in India, the OPPO F27 Pro+. This one has midrange specs with emphasis on durability.
The OPPO F27 Pro Plus is said to have passed the IP66, IP68, and IP69 waterproof tests, which was made possible thanks to its all-around waterproof protection design. You can also use the screen even when it’s wet.
For drop protection, the F27 Pro Plus has been certified by Swiss SGS Premium Performance with 5 stars and has passed the Military Grade Shock-Resistance Test (MIL-STD-810H).
The device credits its durability to the flagship-grade Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection, high-strength aluminum alloy materials, and bionic sponge cushioning.
As for the actual hardware, the device is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7050 processor with 8GB of RAM and an option between 128GB and 256GB of storage. Keeping the lights on is a 5,000mAh battery with 67W SuperVOOC charging.
A 6.7-inch AMOLED screen is on the front with a high 120Hz refresh rate and an 8-megapixel selfie camera. The rear has a 64-megapixel main shooter joined by a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
The OPPO F27 Pro Plus has a price of INR27,999 (~Php19,700) for the 8GB/128GB model while the 8GB/256GB comes in at INR29,999 (~Php21,100). It is now available in India with two elegant colors in faux-leather appearance: Pink and Blue.
