OPPO just launched the Reno 7 A exclusively in Japan. Just like the brand’s other releases in the country, we may not see it in other markets.
The OPPO Reno 7 A is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor, which means it also has 5G connectivity just like the Reno 7 and 7 Z has that we got here in the Philippines.
Made for those who want something stylish, the Reno 7 A also has a sleek build as it only weighs 175g, about 5g lighter than most phones. It is also 7.6mm thin, while others are around 8mm and up.
The display is equally fancy, too. It has a compact 6.4-inch display with a vibrant AMOLED panel with a smooth 90Hz refresh rate and a responsive 180Hz touch sampling. It also gets to have an in-display fingerprint scanner.
A punch-hole on the screen hosts the 16-megapixel main camera. While on the back, we have two large lenses for the 48-megapixel main sensor, an 8-megapixel one with an ultra-wide lens on top of it, and lastly, a 2-megapixel macro shooter that’s more usable than a depth sensor.
Due to its thin size, it only has a 4,500mAh battery instead of the usual 5,000mAh. It is paired with an 18W charger.
The OPPO Reno 7 A is available on a single 6GB/128GB RAM and storage variant for a price of JPY44,800 (around Php17,900).
