OPPO has released two new Reno 8T devices. There’s the 5G variant and the one we’re taking a look at today, the 4G version.
The OPPO Reno 8T 4G is powered by a MediaTek Helio G99 octa-core processor, which is paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of expandable storage.
It may not be a premium device, but it does have a colorful 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen with a 90Hz refresh rate. There’s a punch-hole on top of the screen for the sharp 32-megapixel selfie camera.
On the back, we have a clean design that’s available in Starlight Black and a leather-like Sunset Orange complete with fake stitching around the cameras.
Speaking of which, it has a sharp 100-megapixel main camera, which is a first in the market. Sadly, no ultra-wide lens. But, it does have a 2-megapixel macro lens and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. There’s also a breathing light surrounding the main camera lens that works as a charging and notification indicator.
It then has a 5,000mAh battery with 33W SuperVOOC fast charging in the box. The device comes with the latest Android 13-based ColorOS 13 interface.
The OPPO Reno 8 T is already listed on the brand’s Vietnamese website for a price of VND8.49 million (~Php19,400). It will arrive in the Philippines On February 8 at 7:30 PM via a live stream event on Facebook and YouTube.
