OPPO has unveiled the Reno16 to the global stage.
Like the global version of the Reno16 Pro, the updated OPPO Reno16 will also have a different chipset from its Chinese counterpart. It now uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor instead of Dimensity 8550.
Everything else was left untouched. It still has a compact 6.32-inch AMOLED display, a 6,700mAh battery with 80W wired charging, and an IP68/69K-rated dust and water resistance.
It also still has four 50-megapixel cameras for the main shooter, 3.5x telephoto, ultra-wide, and ultra-wide selfie snapper.
The OPPO Reno16 will be initially available in Europe for EUR899 (~Php63,100). Release details in markets like the Philippines are yet to be known.
