realme has introduced a new budget phone in China called the realme 12X.
The realme 12X is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6100 Plus processor. That’s the same chip we saw on the vanilla realme 12 5G.

On the front, we have a 6.67-inch LCD screen with an apt FHD+ resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. It has ultra-thin bezels, at least as what we see on the renders.
A punch-hole on top of the screen holds the 8-megapixel selfie camera. On the back, there’s a 50-megapixel main shooter joined by a depth sensor.

There’s a large 5,000mAh battery that keeps the lights on, albeit only has a relatively slow 15W charger.
Finally, we have the Android 14-based realme UI 5.0 handling the software side. As a cherry on top, the device has been IP53-rated for being splash-resistant.

The realme 12X has a price of CNY1,499 (~Php11,700) and CNY1,799 (~Php14,000) for the 12GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB models, respectively. They will be available in China starting April 1.
