Realme was one of the first to introduce a budget-friendly 5G phone. Now, the emerging tech brand is following it up with the Realme V11 5G.
The Realme V11 5G with Dimensity 700 was announced months after the Realme V3 came out, which had a Dimensity 720 processor. It goes without saying it has 5G, bringing this next-gen connectivity standard to more markets.
Everything is pretty standard for a budget phone. For one, we don’t have a fast 90Hz or 120Hz screen. Instead, we’re getting a regular 60Hz 6.52-inch HD+ display. Since it’s an IPS screen, not an OLED, the fingerprint scanner was located on the side — doubling as the lock/power button — which also resulted in a cleaner back panel.
Speaking of which, we have a shiny glass-like surface on the back, possibly made of plastic. The dual cameras are inside a new 2×2 glass layout that looks refreshing for a Realme device. It’s led by a 13-megapixel main camera, 2-megapixel depth sensor, LED flash, and completing the square layout is an AI logo, not an actual camera lens.
The Realme V11 5G has an official price of CNY1,199 (around Php8,900) with 4GB/128GB configuration, the only model there is — at least for now.
